Interview questions are not random — there is a predictable universe of 20–25 questions, many of them classic favorites ("Tell me about yourself," "Why this role?") or drawn directly from the job description.
The anxiety comes from being unprepared for questions that are, in fact, entirely foreseeable. When you know exactly what's coming, the pressure disappears.

Standard Session Structure
First 1.5-Hour Session
Your assigned coach begins with a diagnostic mock interview to calibrate your current performance. They'll explain what's working, what's not, and how to improve it. Then, much like a physical therapist, your coach works through targeted exercises to develop your personal brand and interview responses — tailored specifically to you. At the end of the session, you'll receive written notes summarizing areas of improvement and exercises to complete before your next session.
Second 1.5-Hour Session
Your coach reviews your preparation and completed exercises, then runs a second full mock interview. You'll receive on-the-spot coaching to help you sound confident, polished, and relaxed.
